Job Description: The Client Service Associate will support the financial advisors and their clients by providing exceptional service and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role involves handling client inquiries, processing transactions, maintaining client records, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of financial products and services.

CLIENT EDUCATION AND COMMUNICATION

Educate clients on financial products, services, and market updates.
Communicate proactively with clients about account statuses, upcoming meetings, and relevant financial news.
Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or related field.
Experience: Previous experience in wealth management, financial services, or related industry preferred.

SKILLS

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric approach.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial software applications.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

QUALIFICATIONS
