Description:

SKILLS REQUIRED FOR CLIENT DELIVERY SERVICE MANAGER:

  • Sound knowledge of business immigration and visa processing.
  • Proven experience in client service delivery, preferably within a global consultancy or immigration services environment.
  • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in creating and interpreting reports, graphs, and performance metrics.
  • Excellent IT skills, including advanced competence in data analysis and presentation tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and apply global immigration knowledge in a corporate context.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities, with a track record of leading by example and finding innovative solutions to complex challenges.
  • Wider understanding of the international mobility, relocation and expatriate services sector.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with both internal teams and external clients.
  • A dynamic and adaptable approach, with a commitment to continuous professional development and excellence in service delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and optimise client service delivery processes, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and KPIs.
  • Develop, implement, and review performance metrics to monitor service quality, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Produce and present comprehensive reports and analyses on team performance, client satisfaction, and service delivery outcomes.
  • Engage with IT and systems development to enhance service delivery platforms and client interfaces.
  • Offer expertise in global immigration matters, providing solutions and guidance to teams and clients.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, fostering innovation in service delivery methods.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless service integration and client support across different jurisdictions.
