WHAT IT’S LIKE TO BE A NORTHBRIDGE CLIENT SERVICE MANAGER AT NORTHBRIDGE INSURANCE

Northbridge Client Service Managers are responsible for ensuring that every interaction is a great experience, with efficient flawless service standards upheld. They assist the Director of Specialty Lines – Fronting in managing all operational activities that are in scope for the fronting team, and also by establishing and maintaining excellent relationships with Managing General Agencies (MGAs), reinsurance brokers, and reinsurers externally as well as internal teams.
They provide coaching of other Specialty Lines staff - mixing their mentoring and technical experience to ensure that all on the team are supported. They provide exceptional customer service to our MGA partners, ensuring that relationships and service are kept top-of-mind. They manage client and reinsurers’ requests with the objective of resolving all questions related to the fronting portfolio. They understand and apply best business practices towards compliance, internal control, and operational risk controls for fronting programs in accordance with regulatory standards and policies.
