This will provide you with the understanding of needs from shop and opportunity to share any customer feedbacks or decision on ongoing projects. Your concise communication with internal team and customers will have direct impact on client satisfaction and on time delivery of projects. You will be expecting a supportive culture from the team and an environment to grow your carrier and same time improve product knowledge and contribute towards the growth of the company.
