Job Description

• Provide quality support for incoming enqui1ies via calls, email or walk in
• Assist clients with their log in and on line portal navigation issues
• Liaise with other departments to troubleshoot and resolve client issues where applicable
• Take ownership of client issues and follow through to resolution
• Perform outreach to client for clarification or assist them with their requests
• Any adhoc duties assigned
