You’ll be known as a Client Service Operator, which means you are a fast-moving, methodical working offering exceptional service to our clients. Working as part of a team, you’ll work on jobs from our legal clients. You need to:

  • Ensure our understanding of the clients’ instructions
  • Copy, print, and scan based on the clients’ instructions
  • Work efficiently and accurately with multiple deadlines
  • Juggle priorities and ensure our jobs are delivered on tim

Responsibilities:

WHAT IS THIS ROLE?

You’ll be known as a Client Service Operator, which means you are a fast-moving, methodical working offering exceptional service to our clients. Working as part of a team, you’ll work on jobs from our legal clients. You need to:

  • Ensure our understanding of the clients’ instructions
  • Copy, print, and scan based on the clients’ instructions
  • Work efficiently and accurately with multiple deadlines
  • Juggle priorities and ensure our jobs are delivered on time

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

  • Able to multitask and transition between tasks efficiently meeting deadlines and adjusting to changes in priority.
  • Be passionate about providing exceptional service to clients.
  • Acute attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Flexible and be prepared to go an extra mile when required.
  • IT skills with a sound knowledge of MS Office, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat
    If you are successful for this role, you will need to undergo a police check.
