Having a background or past experience, a minimum one year in a similar role in the accounting/financial sector is required.

Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate monthly billing with Directors and professional staff;
  • Assistance with editing, formatting and finalising proposals, engagement letters and advice documents;
  • Process on-boarding of new clients including ethical clearance from previous accountant;
  • Coordinate tax return lodgement program including internal reporting and lodgement of tax returns to the ATO;
  • Preparation & setup of new jobs for clients’ annual compliance;
  • Collation of client tax packages including financial statements & taxation returns;
  • Liaise with clients for the return of signed documents;
  • Other various ad hoc matters relating to the general running of the day to day requirements of the Practice, including receptionist duties;
