SKILLS AND EXPERTISE
Having a background or past experience, a minimum one year in a similar role in the accounting/financial sector is required.

Responsibilities:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate monthly billing with Directors and professional staff;
- Assistance with editing, formatting and finalising proposals, engagement letters and advice documents;
- Process on-boarding of new clients including ethical clearance from previous accountant;
- Coordinate tax return lodgement program including internal reporting and lodgement of tax returns to the ATO;
- Preparation & setup of new jobs for clients’ annual compliance;
- Collation of client tax packages including financial statements & taxation returns;
- Liaise with clients for the return of signed documents;
- Other various ad hoc matters relating to the general running of the day to day requirements of the Practice, including receptionist duties;
