Client Services - Asset Management

This is an exciting opportunity to join a global asset management firm who have recently opened an office in the UAE. The organisation has broad capabilities and has an AUM of nearly $150Bn.We are seeking an individual to be responsible for the day to day servicing of clients in a fast moving environment. He or she will work closely with the head of the region, and be the contact point between clients and internal support areas including legal, marketing, compliance etc.

• Facilitiating all client’s needs and maintaing contact with said clients
• Making sure all cilents’ reporting and servicing are delivered accordingly
• Understanding clients’ objectives as well as being au fait with their investments in terms of their portfolios and strategies
• Maintaining an active dialogue with clients as well as providing requisite information and being the centre contact for all investment materia and client meetings
• Ensure active communication with internal support teams

Requirements:

• 5 years experience in Asset Management, Banking or Consulting
• Attention to detail, strong organisational skills
• Drive, enthusiasm and a self-starter
