Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Proactive Call Monitoring
- Service Call Escalations to closure
- Manage Depot/Vendor contracts, ensuring SLA/SLOs are met.
- Delivery/Depot/Vendor Management issues are all reconciled to closure.
- Knowledge base (NACA) of maintenance contract(s) terms and conditions
- In-depth knowledge of expected maintenance revenue flow vs. monthly billing
- Submit requests to Operations for Standardized Delivery Reporting
- Management of PO’s w/Procurement Focal
- Interlock on SOW Terms/Deliverables
- Ensure proper processing of billing, inventory validation/changes, P.O.s, and contract registrations.
- Purchase Order Creation / Receipt / Management
- Forecast variance.
- Inventory credit/rebill.
- Invoicing Prep for Out-of-Scope charges
- Receive & Validate invoices prior to submission.
NATURALLY TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU MUST HAVE AND KNOW OF:
- Technical career with administrative approach.
- 1+ years of experience with related roles.
- Experience with follow up and support of inventory and invoicing processes.
- Administrative duties.
- Client facing.
- Strong Communication Skills
- Microsoft Office.
- Schedule availability.
