REQUIREMENTS:
- Exceptional organizational and administrative skills to ensure detailed and accurate planning.
- Proficiency in computer applications such as Google Sheets, Google Docs, and CRM software.
- A deep passion for travel and enjoyment in interacting with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
- Fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, or Japanese is highly desirable to cater to respective-speaking clients or team members.
- Ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently, with a strong sense of initiative and adaptability.
- Availability to work a 5-day schedule, including weekends as required.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of overseas photoshoots, ensuring seamless communication between clients and our production team.
- Respond to client inquiries, providing advice and planning personalized photoshoot experiences.
- Build and maintain positive relationships, ensuring delightful experiences and high client satisfaction.
- Offer insightful travel advice and logistical support to enhance client experiences.
- Manage bookings for teams and service providers, overseeing accurate invoicing and billing.
- Handle urgent operational issues, offering alternative plans and solutions during both working and non-working days.
- Ensure all deliverables, including photos, videos, and print materials, are executed smoothly and meet client expectations.
- Maintain and update operational records accurately within our CRM system.
