Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The ideal candidate is an organized, passionate, and proactive problem solver. As part of the Client services, you will help to grow and manage our community of creators across DACH. You will support our client service teams in casting diverse, representative and innovative creators in campaigns, in addition to developing new mechanisms and processes to make talent more discoverable across the company.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL DO DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Identify and build relationships with key talent agencies & creators across DACH
  • Support on creator sourcing for campaigns across DACH
  • Work with Whalar Concierge to onboard agency rosters to the Whalar platform
  • Develop a creator outreach approach to onboard creators on an individual basis
  • Identify & connect with international freelancers & local market experts to assist with creator sourcing for campaign delivery
  • Understand the DACH community make-up, gaps, strengths and weaknesses
  • Perform regular audits to guide and document progress on diversity and inclusion
  • Help to ensure we collaborate with creators that represent the true spectrum of diversity, especially those from less represented backgrounds, experiences and identities
  • Manage platform approvals, overseeing the approval of DACH creators
  • Create and own our talent agency and creator databases to ensure they are up-to-date
