Description:

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will assume functional responsibility and accountability for overseeing the day-to-day operations and performance of contracts and your team across a portfolio of customers. This role is pivotal in building and maintaining our well-established service levels with both clients and employees alike.
The position is an important conduit for information, reporting and implementation of direction to and from the Operations Team, Clients and Site Personnel. You will be provide leadership and guidance to on-site staff and supervisors.
As part of this role, you will be required to work standard business hours, with after hours on call availability, dependent upon operational requirements.
