WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are seeking a Client Services Officer (Cleaning) - 2 positions available to join Facilities Management, Administrative Division.
In terms of advertising this position, the position requires recent cleaning industry experience and an appreciation of contemporary cleaning quality standards. I do not believe QUT’s employee profile will provide a suitable applicant pool. It should also be noted that the daily start time is 5.00am. The two (x2) Client Services Officer (Cleaning) have a key role in ensuring the consistency and quality of service provided by cleaning contractors. This will include activities associated with monitoring and improving the quality of cleaning services, reviewing and auditing service delivery and taking appropriate action to resolve problems associated with cleaning contractor performance. To align with Contractor on site activities, it is necessary for this position to commence daily duties at 5:00am.
