Description:

By joining this small progressive manufacturing processing equipment importing and distributing business supplying a range of manufacturing industries, including Food & Bev and Pharmaceutical, you will provide key customer service and technical support.

Responsibilities will include -

  • Customer quoting and administration through Workflow Max system
  • Technical product support
  • Client service and relationship building.
  • Overseeing on-site client product installations

Most likely post-secondary or trade qualified in either business, engineering, plumbing or electrical, you will report to the GM and have a successful background in client services and customer support, preferably in a dynamic technical equipment importing and distributing business.
Strong interpersonal, communication, Microsoft office and organisational skills are essential along with a strong work and team ethic in this exciting small business role.
