Inviting applications for the role of Client Services- Process Associate – English – Remote Hungary
The objective is to support Management from an operational, analytical and tactical standpoint, by handling stakeholder requests, ensuring customer satisfaction and developing and improving the assigned tasks.
Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate and prompt response/resolution of Client inquiries while creating and maintaining an effective partnership.
- Meet/exceed business Order Services delivery and Sales Support service quality metrics.
- Identify process inflow issues at the Client side impacting operational performance and drive, with the key client contacts, structural inflow solutions.
- Effectivity work with other teams to streamline process and case management for the assigned case types and tasks.
- Expertly use systems and tools (SFDC, Fusion, InContact) to handle/resolve escalated cases.
- Attend in all required meetings.
- Phone Support Tier 1 Activities
- Vendor Management and Customer Onboarding
- Customer Portal Management
- Perform Order Entry and Order management tasks
- Rebooking Orders and following up with other team to ensure credit memo, RMA and rebill are done accordingly.
- Assist Management in the creation of training materials, SOP’s, Process Maps.
- Complete assigned tasks within the defined deadlines.

Minimum qualifications
- Excellent communication

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Results Oriented
- Preferable to have practical knowledge of Salesforce and Oracle Fusion
- Knowledge of any language besides English, Spanish and Arabic

- Ability to manage through multiple systems and competing priorities
- Ability to collaborate & negotiate with multiple stakeholders in order to resolve issues
