Client Services Representative

We are currently seeking a proactive and experienced Client Services Representatives to offer assistance to our clients’ tax team. You will be responsible for making phone calls and following up with individuals and businesses who are missing tax-related information. If you have worked with us as a temp in the previous year, your experience with our team would be invaluable.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Proven experience in client/customer service is essential, preferably in a professional setting such as a CPA or law firm.
Proficiency in computer usage and data entry skills.
Salesforce & Microsoft Office Experience
Excellent email etiquette and comfortable making phone calls.
Organized and detail-oriented approach to work.
Salesforce experience is an advantage, but not a mandatory requirement.
This role offers the flexibility to work remotely, while still being an integral part of our professional team. You will be expected to work from 8 am to 5 pm from Monday to Friday.
