EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• 2 years previous experience in client reporting or client services services role preferable
• Undergraduate degree
• Emphasises strong customer focus, organisational prowess, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Previous experience with SalesForce, or similar tools
• Showcases flexibility in dynamic, uncertain settings, collaborating with various business partners and managing a range of responsibilities.

• Provide strong internal support to the Business.
• Interacting with clients and the Business to obtain KYC and regulatory information/documentation.
• Adhere to a strong control environment that manages and minimises inherent operational risk, whilst providing excellent client service.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulatory requirements.
• Manage relevant external stakeholders including service providers and vendors as required.
• Produce key management information regarding all aspects of client on boarding.
• Engage in cross-training and ensuring all team members are educated on new processes, industry initiatives.
