Description:
The team caters to the Australian Intermediary market, which includes research houses, platforms, consultants, private banks, dealer groups, and financial advisers. They offer a range of unlisted and listed products encompassing index, smart beta, and active strategies.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- 2 years previous experience in client reporting or client services services role preferable
- Undergraduate degree
- Emphasises strong customer focus, organisational prowess, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Previous experience with SalesForce, or similar tools
- Showcases flexibility in dynamic, uncertain settings, collaborating with various business partners and managing a range of responsibilities.

Responsibilities:
- Provide strong internal support to the Business.
- Interacting with clients and the Business to obtain KYC and regulatory information/documentation.
- Adhere to a strong control environment that manages and minimises inherent operational risk, whilst providing excellent client service.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulatory requirements.
- Manage relevant external stakeholders including service providers and vendors as required.
- Produce key management information regarding all aspects of client on boarding.
- Engage in cross-training and ensuring all team members are educated on new processes, industry initiatives.
