LOCATION

Our Client Services Territory Lead - Israel, UK&I will be an integral part of our EMEA Client Services team. This role is based remotely in the UK / Ireland / Israel.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 10+ years of experience working with technical consulting or managed services
  • 3+ years of experience leading managers with territory oversight
  • Experience working with Cloud Partners and maintaining at least one industry standard cloud certification
  • Systematic problem-solving approach, coupled with strong communication skills and a sense of ownership and drive
  • Extensive experience working cross functionally with other departments such as Sales and Product.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and improve territory performance, efficiency, goal development, talent acquisition and alignment with the regional Client Services strategy
  • Removing obstacles and empowering their team leaders to be successful
  • Creating and tracking personal development plans for their management teams and monitoring development of their teams
  • Delegate and drive objectives and key results through their territory
  • Balance the asks of their teams with the business focus and needs
  • Support escalations and customer relationships where it may benefit the team leaders within the territory
  • Align with territory sales leaders on sales support motions and serve as an escalation point for challenges, ensuring consistency and alignment across their teams for sales engineering and post-sales activities
  • Align with marketing teams for event coverage within their territory, technical content publications and customer success stories
  • Encourage open communication between teams, regions and global company knowledge sharing
  • Monitoring customer feedback over different channels (CSAT, NPS, SAM, AM, Sales) and ensure their management team is managing continuous improvement and following up with negative customer feedback
  • Monitoring their teams technical playgrounds, internal projects, team engagement and hiring / compensation.
