AS A CLIENT SERVICING AGENT [ENGLISH SPEAKING] AT FLIPSTER

We are seeking a Client Servicing Agent to join the Flipster operations team. The ideal candidate must be interested in cryptocurrency and blockchain technologies and have a basic knowledge of financial products and exchange services. In this role, you will be responsible for answering trading platform and cryptocurrency exchange related enquiries, account registration and account management related enquiries, promotion and event enquiries, troubleshooting platform issues, and managing escalation and follow up of user enquiries.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Business-level proficiency in English to liaise with English-speaking stakeholders
  • Prior experience working in a cryptocurrency exchange
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well with a team in a 24/7 trading environment
  • Experience with financial trading, preferably in cryptocurrency exchanges
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
