Reputable company looking for an experienced Client-Side Project Manager to assist with high-value projects.

YOUR NEW COMPANY

Our client provides specialised project management services for a number of clients across Queensland, specialising in sports infrastructure facilities, entertainment and leisure venues and precincts, community facilities, as well as several other project sectors. Due to a healthy project pipeline, they are currently looking for a Client-Side Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to assist their team in delivering several building projects and provide quality support to their clients.

YOUR NEW ROLE

You will be responsible for managing several high-value building and construction projects from pre-design, contract administration, to the delivery stage across a number of Brisbane-based projects. This will include the planning and delivery of projects through producing tender and quotation documentation, scheduling, assessing risks and overseeing the overall delivery of work while meeting project deadlines. You will also communicate with project stakeholders from procurement to end of projects. Given this role includes tender and documentation, proficiency with MS Office programs is essential.
