WHAT ARE THEY LOOKING FOR?

A dynamic individual to join their Client Solutions team. In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for answering queries, resolving client issues, and devising innovative tech solutions that make work a joy.
They collaborate with thousands of accountants and corporations across New Zealand and are seeking a unique individual who can strengthen these relationships by being the solution to every question. As a fintech company, you’ll engage with their platform and discuss their tech solutions with clients.
They are constantly refining their product suite, so you may also collaborate with the development team to devise new and innovative software solutions. Empowering their clients to work smarter, you’ll also test these solutions to ensure their efficient deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serving as a warm and helpful point of contact for all inbound inquiries from both existing and prospective clients via phone and email.
  • Generating quotes for client orders and queries using Excel, while considering a multitude of factors that may influence these quotes.
  • Contributing input, training, support, and connectivity to our Relationships Chapter, and offering transactional support to our business relationship experts as needed.
  • Building connections with our clients through various means, such as providing training, attending events, or participating in client visits.
