YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

As a member of EIP’s Client Solutions team, you will work at the interface to our investors. More broadly, you will contribute to the team in one of its main functions of Sales & Capability Management, supporting our mission to grow assets under management and expand globally, with the following key responsibilities:

  • Preparing, designing, and maintaining convincing sales collateral based on investor profiles and requirements, including presentations and case studies, to support client coverage teams and placement agents in acquiring and further developing investor relationships
  • Completing requests for proposal (RFPs), due diligence questionnaires (DDQs), and other due diligence materials for potential investors and consultants in a high-quality, accurate, succinct, and timely fashion
  • Preparing and/or contributing to quarterly reports for investors in EIP’s vehicles
  • Liaising with different functions and teams within EIP and third parties to address investor questions and concerns and reverting to investors in a clear and persuasive fashion
  • Independently leading, managing, and providing input and content for ad hoc projects, such as performance attribution analysis, competitor and investor analysis, as well as various other projects

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Private markets and/or asset management experience, with a demonstrable “sales flair” and clear ability to understand institutional investors
  • University degree in finance and/or economics, equivalent advanced training (CFA, CIIA or CAIA, or progress towards obtaining them) is an advantage
  • Strong understanding of investments (including performance and risk analytics), the investment process, and, ideally, energy infrastructure
  • Dynamic, self-motivated, curious, and passionate character with entrepreneurial mind-set and team spirit
  • Superior organizational skills, with the ability to manage several processes simultaneously and to work toward tight deadlines
  • Ambition to deliver high-quality materials to demanding institutional investors
  • Strong analytical thinking and conceptual skills, combined with eloquent oral and written communication skills in English and (Swiss-) German. Additional languages are a plus
