Responsibilities:

As a Client Solutions Officer, your responsibilities will include:

  • Looking after client-related matters
  • Liaising with ASIC and ATO (including ATO mail)
  • Raising queries with the directors or the accountant on a specific job
  • Adhoc office management
  • Ensuring compliance work deadlines are met (e.g., PAYG)
  • Adhoc personal assistant work - inbox management or assisting in scheduling for a Director.
