The CSA provides service to clients requiring assistance related to their investment and insurance products. The CSA will be responsible for responding to client inquiries, assessing and resolving client questions or concerns, and completing non-licensed services while delivering a professional client experience. The successful candidate will be well-organized, self-motivated, service and sales-oriented, excels as a contributing team player and is passionate about delivering high level customer service to our clients.
WHAT SHOULD YOUR EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS LOOK LIKE?
- Post-Secondary education in business/office administration, or related work experience
- Knowledge of insurance and financial services, as well as mutual funds and segregated investments
- Proven experience in delivering a high level of professional client service
- Proven experience with Microsoft programs (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Experience with WealthServ, MGA and carrier knowledge an asset
Responsibilities:
- Provide professional, high level client service with a “client first” approach
- Provide insurance and investment administrative services and support to clients and advisors
- Process end-to-end insurance, segregated, and mutual fund new business, transactions and inforce service
- Meticulously maintain electronic records and files, as well as ensuring timely follow-ups
- Follow defined and documented processes consistently and accurately
- Contribute as a valuable part of a high functioning operations team committed to the success of our clients and CFC
- Ensure compliance standards are met and consistently maintained
- Build and maintain collaborative and constructive working relationships
- Communicate professionally and effectively to clients, advisors, colleagues, and carriers
- Able to take on special projects, as required by the management team
