Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Provide timely and professional support to customers via various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
- Address customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and resolve problems to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Guide customers through product usage, features, and functionalities, offering clear instructions and solutions.
- Document and track customer interactions and issue resolution in our CRM system.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate departments and follow up to ensure prompt resolution.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, services, and industry trends.
- Stay updated with product updates, new features, and enhancements to effectively assist customers.
- Proactively seek feedback from customers, identifying trends and common issues to help improve our products and services.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and their issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
