Description:

Overview:
A Queanbeyan based, family operated business supplying the construction industry with custom suspended ceiling systems, steel wall framing and more are seeking an experienced Client Support Specialist to continue to drive business growth and expansion.
The main focus of the position is to build and maintain strong lasting relationships with clients and engage in continuous improvement in the service you provide.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company goals
  • Delivering a 5 Star customer experience, upholding professionalism and proactively building trust and rapport to build customer knowledge and client loyalty.
  • Counter sales including handling enquiries, processing of orders in a timely manner with strong attention to detail.
  • Account management, utilisation of CRM and proactive client follow up
  • Identifying new leads/opportunities and qualifying them, or ability to delegate.
  • Meet or exceed monthly & quarterly targets, Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with other internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Contribute to constant improvements to products, procedures, service offerings and customer experience.
  • Improving product & industry knowledge, professional sales skills and prospecting.
  • Upkeep & maintain the showroom (restocking, merchandising)
  • Following all WHS requirements at all times.

About You:

  • Must be a solution-oriented individual & ability to suggest a solution to every client and to tailor groups of products or services to their needs.
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, strong relationship management skills.

  • Excellent oral and written communication and negotiation skills
