SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.

  • Minimum two years of successful account management experience in travel or relevant industries.
  • Customer service focused; solution orientated with solid initiative.
  • An understanding of Tramada, JIRA and Sabre preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite and ability to learn and adapt to new systems.
  • High-level negotiator with the ability to lead meetings.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise according to agreed timelines.
  • Excellent analytical skills to assist with the interpretation of data.

Responsibilities:

As part of CTM’s ongoing focus on delivering customer service excellence, this role of Client Value Manager will work alongside the other members of CTM – Government to provide customer service excellence and advice to government agencies as part of their function within CTM - Government. The Client Value Manager will be responsible for fulfilling standard account management duties; however, ultimately, we want our account managers to be viewed as trusted industry advisors, delivering proactive, analytical and trusted advice to our agencies to deliver advice on improving travel behaviours or cost-saving initiatives.
This role is suited for someone who is people focused. It requires engagement with key stakeholders both internally and externally and the ability to problem-solve and manage multiple tasks.
