ABOUT US

Wotton + Kearney (WK) is searching for a highly motivated and experienced Clients + Markets Manager to join our growing team. In this key role, you’ll play a pivotal role in establishing and managing our new Key Client Programme, designed to foster long-lasting partnerships with our most strategically important insurer clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the BD + Marketing Director to develop and launch the Key Client Programme, ensuring a successful framework, processes, and metrics are in place.
  • Champion best-practice account leadership, empowering Client Relationship Partners (CRPs) to excel in their client-facing and internal responsibilities.
  • Partner with CRPs and Client Teams to craft and execute strategic plans for each key client, ensuring clear objectives and achievable goals.
  • Identify and pursue business growth opportunities, working with the BDM team to develop targeted client engagement strategies.
  • Work alongside the Bids + Pursuits team to deliver compelling proposals that resonate with client needs.
  • Foster strong, enduring client relationships through consistent communication, meetings, and feedback sessions.
  • Monitor client industry trends and map key contacts within the CRM system.
  • Champion WK’s Client Listening Programme, actively gathering and utilising client feedback to improve programme effectiveness and client service delivery.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Key Client Programme, keeping leadership informed of progress and areas for improvement.
  • Cultivate a client-centric culture within the firm, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing across teams.
