Description:

Working hours: 4 days/ 44 hours per week

  • Clinics: Shiftwork in between clinics’ operating hoursHospital: 8am-8pm or 9am-9pm shift

  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred.Able to work in fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming phone lines & directing calls
  • Scheduling appointments and communicating booking requirements to clients
  • Communicating patient arrivals and emergencies to clinical staff
  • Finalising invoices, processing payment, and balancing the till
  • Dispensing medicationPerform various ad hoc administrative duties
