Description:
Hiring both Part-Timers/Full-Timers/Students
- Provide receptionist duties at front counter
- Prepare and dispense medications
- Assist doctors during consultation
- Ensure accuracy of clinical data entry into computer system
- Prepare submission for corporate and government claims
- Handle all transactions include payments and ensure proper documentation
- Perform basic tests on patient (E.g. administering urine test)
- Prompt for low stock medications and supplies
- Maintenance of the physical facility of the clinic
- Maintain filing system, coordinate appointments and other admin duties
- Any other procedures deemed fit by the doctors
Shift Hours:
Weekdays: 8am-1pm, 5pm-9pm
Weekends: 8am -1pm
Locations: Sengkang, Bukit Timah, Braddel
