Description:
- Patient Assessment: Performs and documentation of ongoing assessments including observation, physical examination, test results.
- Patient Education: Educate patients and their families about their medical conditions, treatments, and self-care strategies. This may include educating patients on the appropriate administration of medication, including frequency and method of intake or application.
- Collaborative Care: Work closely with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients. Collaborate in the development of care plans, coordinate services, and provide ongoing patient monitoring and follow-up.
- Emergency Care: Provide emergency care to patients with acute and chronic illnesses. This may involve coordinating with other members of the healthcare team for further evaluation and treatment.
- Clinic Administrative : Scheduling of appointments, patient registration, medical records management, billing ,medisanve and insurance related claims, managing clinic supplies, reception duties, coordinating referrals, managing patient flow, maintaining cleanliness and other relevant duties as assigned by the Management.
