Responsibilities:

  • Performing health care assistant duties and procedures such as taking appointments, registration, billing and collection of payment for services rendered, arrange follow-up/referral appointments.
  • Performing clinical parameters such as temperature, BP taking, height & weight taking, resting ECG, Urea breath tests, medication dispensing, liaising and handling with laboratory for specimen collection or/and ordering of laboratory consumables when required.
  • Explaining and introducing health screening packages to patients / corporate clients and tailoring appropriate screening programs to individuals and companies based on clinical indications, patients’ expectations and cost.
  • Collating and compiling results, arranging follow-up reviews and appointments for patients where appropriate.
  • Assist in doing the claims for insurance / private companies’ patients promptly, general book entry and coordinate with accountants in ensuring accurate and on time filing of Annual Tax returns where necessary.
  • Maintain confidentiality of patients’ records at all times and not to review confidential medical information to anyone except for the specific information as required to be submitted to the relevant Singapore authorities in the course of your work.
  • Ensure all Consultation room, procedure room, assessment room are well replenished with necessary consumables at all times
  • Attend all training session (in-house & external) arranged by company and you are expected to implement learnings into your scope of work
  • Maintain effective communication with clients and co-workers to ensure that client’s needs are met.
  • Participate in clinic housekeeping, including vacuum and mopping floor, wipe down all high touch surfaces
  • Adhere to the policies, procedures, standards protocols in the organization.
  • Participates in continuous quality improvement activities
    Performs any other additional duties as assigned by RN / Clinic Manager / Ops Manager
