Description:
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Dermatology Department for a full-time Clinic Coordinator to join our team. This post will be based at Waters Green Medical Practice, Macclesfield.
You will be part of a well-established team in a very busy department, your role is to manage and monitor clinics and waiting lists and support the managerial team and secretaries with clinic related queries. You will work as part of a team
Responsibilities:
Reviewing clinic slot utilisation.
Managing clinic templates.
Managing 2 week wait patient referrals
Monitoring ASI’s & management of escalations.
Answer appointment enquiries.
Making New and FU appointments.
Managing clinics and waiting lists
