We are looking for a dynamic and driven Clinic Director to lead our interdisciplinary team at Lifemark’s new state-of-the-art clinic opening this Fall in Pembroke Ontario!
Lifemark Physiotherapy –Pembroke, will be part of Lifemark Health Group Company, Canada’s premier and most comprehensive healthcare management organization. QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate in Physiotherapy or Chiropractic from a duly recognized university.
  • Registered in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists / Chiropractors of Ontario.
  • Minimum of 3-5+ years of clinical experience in a rehabilitation clinic.
  • 3-5yrs Leadership Experience- in a healthcare/rehabilitation management role
  • Strong financial acumen
  • Experience working with Veterans is an asset

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a people-first culture.
  • Responsible for financial and clinical performance metrics of the clinic.
  • Leading recruitment & Retention: Hiring, Onboarding, Training and Performance Management of all staff members
  • Overseeing and managing billing practices, accounts receivables & payables
  • Auditing clinical practices to ensure high-quality of care
  • Performing clinical assessments and implementing treatment
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve patient care
  • Providing ongoing evaluation of progresses and ensuring quality improvement in the delivery of patient care.
  • Communicate effectively to both internal and external stakeholders to achieve service excellence.
  • Coordinate operational activities with the team and demonstrate a strong presence in the clinic.
  • Engaging in continuous learning, mentorship and skills development.
  • Manage and resolve scheduling issues or changes that arise in the clinic
  • Play an influential role in nurturing a sense of ownership across the workforce so that employees feel empowered to use their judgment and experience to make sound decisions.
