As we expand our operations to a brand-new clinic with an initial low load, we are seeking a dynamic Clinic Manager to join our team. Our emphasis is on delivering the highest quality care and services to our valued patients.
Position: Clinic Manager
Location: Bidadari

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Clinic Assistants to ensure efficient and proper operations of the clinic.
• Regularly train and ensure service quality of the team
• Ensuring consistency of protocols including registration of patients, queue management, medication dispensing, invoicing and general housekeeping
• Manage roster of CAs
• Effectively handle clinic inquiries and address patient complaints, escalating issues to the doctor as needed.
• Oversee clinic inventory, including the purchase of drugs and consumables.
• Organize quarterly performance appraisals with our dedicated clinical assistants.
• Perform any other duties which may be assigned

Qualifications:

• ✅ Previous experience as a Clinic Manager is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with clinic operations, including financial management and inventory control.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage both staff and patient relationships.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Proven ability to work in a team-oriented and patient-centered environment.
