REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of at least 5 years of successful clinic or shop sales management experience, with a focus on beauty, healthcare products, luxury retail, or related industries.
  • Previous experience in a leadership or managerial role, with demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, techniques, and methodologies, with a results-driven mindset and a passion for exceeding targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with key stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, capable of identifying market opportunities and developing effective sales strategies.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales performance of each clinic location to achieve revenue targets and maximize market penetration in Singapore.
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales representatives (Smile Consultants) to effectively drive sales performance, conversions, and exceed KPIs.
  • Recruit, train, and motivate Smile Consultants to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales objectives. Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and development.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
  • Address customer complaints and queries swiftly and effectively.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and market differentiation.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations to senior management to inform decision-making.
