Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE:
We’re seeking a dynamic clinic manager to oversee day-to-day operations, driving clinic growth and upholding our core values. This is an excellent opportunity for a one-year fixed-term contract covering maternity leave, starting in mid-July 2024, with a flexible work schedule of 25-30 hours per week from 8am to 1 or 2pm, Monday to Friday. Additionally, this includes a 4-week training period in June 2024, with the contract running until mid-July 2025.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and oversee daily clinic operations with a focus on excellence.
- Act as the friendly face and professional voice of the clinic, delivering exceptional service to patients and families.
- Manage patient bookings efficiently using Cliniko, proactively handling cancellations and maintaining a full appointment schedule.
- Handle financial transactions accurately, including pursuing outstanding invoices and supporting clinic growth through innovative marketing strategies.
- Maintain the clinic’s online presence, coordinate promotions, and manage finance-related tasks with precision.
- Ensure clinic cleanliness and organization, stock supplies, and upkeep equipment.
- Drive sales of clinic products to enhance patient satisfaction and revenue.
- Assist the clinic director with administrative duties as needed.
