ABOUT THE ROLE

Be an integral member of the Academic department, providing teaching and learning of the highest standard to our students, preparing them to become high-quality future practitioners.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Support, guide, and manage students in a clinic setting.
  • Incorporate personal professional experiences into subject materials to make them relevant and relatable.
  • Continuously assess students’ clinical performance and provide support to those at risk.
  • Assist students in client treatment, including time management and maintaining confidentiality.
  • Foster a student-centered learning environment through positive interaction.
  • Stay updated on academic and industry developments in the relevant discipline.
  • Provide input to enhance programs based on various feedback sources.
  • Contribute to scholarly activities such as collaborations, conference presentations, publications, and marketing activities as required
  • Ensure adherence to college policies and procedures
  • Attend departmental meetings and training sessions as required.
  • Fulfill other duties assigned by academic management.
