Crossroads is an Arizona Department of Health Services licensed substance abuse treatment provider with proven expertise in serving addicted men, women, and Veterans through the provision of high quality, successful, and affordable residential and outpatient recovery programs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Familiarity with EHR/EMR records systems.
• Current Finger Print Clearance Card.
• High School Diploma or GED, 1 to 3 months related experience, and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Current CPR/First Aid training.
• Current TB test.
• Current “Assistance with Self Administration of Medication” training.

• Assist clients with self-administration of medications.
• Document all medications upon arrival to a facility and ensure all medications are returned to the client at time of discharge.
• Keep medications secured per policy and procedures.
• Perform routine and random medication audits to include proper documentation and accurate distributions/returns.
• Work with clients medical practitioners to have medication orders in client records.
• Work with organizational practitioners and university faculty to ensure all clients have a health screen and tuberculosis test within 7 days of admittance into the program.
• Work with other qualified staff members on medication policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties, as required.
