Responsibilities:
- Develop and digitization of education content and delivery for dental professionals, personalizing content to deliver right education at the right time.
- Develop skills to modify and enhance current clinical education assets and resource leveraging software tools like Articulate (Rise and Storyline)
- Enhance current presentation decks and assets through video editing and rebranding
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across various APAC markets to migrate our education assets to the new Align Education Site powered by Docebo
Develop project management skills by participating and supporting current and upcoming education projects and campaigns
Learning:
Curriculum design and education delivery: Interns will be exposed to blended learning methodology and understanding different approaches to effectively deliver education to accommodate different learning styles and objectives
- Communication skills: Interns will learn how to effectively communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders from different APAC markets and functions
- Project management skills: Interns will have the opportunity to develop project/ campaign management skills by actively participating in planning, execution, monitoring of the project. He/she will also learn how to prioritize tasks and manage timelines
- Business acumen: Interns will gain insights into broader business context of how Clinical Education aligns with wider organization goals and improved customer experience fostering a holistic understanding of business operations
