At CooperSurgical, we are passionate about advancing and enhancing the clinical journey for gametes and embryos. We are now in search of an exceptional Clinical Application Scientist to join our purpose led AUS/NZ team. This is a pivotal role with a specific focus on fostering embryological knowledge across the region and facilitating the optimal use of the CSI product range. If you have extensive hands-on experience as an embryologist and thrive on delivering high-quality training, we’d like to hear from you. This position demands significant field activity and involves travel, predominantly across AUS/NZ

  • Educational background: Preferably BSc/MSc/PhD and ESHRE Certified Embryologist.
  • Over 5 years of senior-level experience in embryology.
  • Established reputation within the Embryology sphere, with publications being an added advantage.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and facilitation skills.
  • Adaptable, reliable, patient, and proactive
  • Spearheading in-clinic training sessions, providing expertise and tailored trainings on the CSI portfolio.
  • Conducting in-clinic vitrification and biopsy training.
  • Collaboratively working with regional teams, offering insights, sharing best practices, and aiding in training.
  • Building and fostering lasting relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring product optimization.
  • Taking on the vital role of knowledge dissemination – from facilitating workshops to participating in global training programs.Keeping abreast with the latest advancements in IVF medical supplies, biopsy practices, and vitrification.

    • Hands-on training in clinics, focusing on the CSI portfolio.
  • Offering specialist guidance in biopsy practices, and vitrification training.
  • Assisting customers in product evaluations, optimization, and troubleshooting.
  • Sharing knowledge and best practices on the CSI range, ensuring customer satisfaction and engagement.
  • Collaborating with colleagues across the region, maintaining a supportive environment and promoting continuous skill enhancement.
  • Supporting the utilization of the entire CSI portfolio, emphasizing its features and benefits to customers.
