We are recruiting a Clinical Application Specialist Finland covering the North part of the country and ideally based in or around Oulu.
The Clinical Application Specialist Abbott Diabetes Care Finland is responsible for driving the IT implementation for the Abbott Diabetes Care software solutions, delivering excellent technical professional service, providing expert application knowledge, and expanding Abbott Diabetes Care business by developing existing customer accounts in the healthcare and E-Health market.
This is a field based role requiring frequent travelling within the assigned region. In this role we are looking for someone to cover the Pohjois-Pohjanmaa, Keski-Pohjanmaa, Kainuu and the Etelä-Pohjanmaa wellbeing services counties, so living or willingness to relocate to this region is a must.

Responsibilities:

  • Advocates the solutions to all levels in hospitals, specialty clinic, and physician’s office including MD’s, CIO /IT-staff, nurses and laboratory staff or E-Health Providers and Partners.
  • Works closely with regional / local Diabetes Care sales teams and sales colleagues to develop profitably and grow new and existing customer accounts.
  • Drives Pre-Sales and supports the overall Sales process by assisting in the planning of activities, ensuring all relevant information is captured.
  • Builds sustainable customer relationships and leverage them to grow Abbott Diabetes Care market share.
  • Supports local teams in performing software-related installation and configuration processes for the Abbott Diabetes Care software solutions.
  • Delivers structured software application product trainings to internal and external audiences when required.
  • Develops and implements customer specific sales and project plans.
