Description:

Key Accountabilities

  • New Product In-service and pre-sales demonstrations
  • Conduct training session for surgeons,radiologists, nurses, imagingtechnologists and technicalassistants on using the device(s)
  • Schedule initial in-service within target timeframeof two to three weeks of install of mammo and pre-sales demonstration of Ultrasound to potential customers
  • Record, communicate and track all visits
  • Follow-up training
  • Monitor and discuss with sales team and customerservice accounts that are in need of additional training
  • Provide input on educational material and assist with distribution to customer base
  • Conduct training sessions for employees and distributor teams on product applications, features and benefits for all imaging and biopsy portfolio
  • Communicate trends or customerneeds to the Commercial managers or Line Manager, and to international product/applications team
  • Assist in the educationand training of new sales representatives when requested
  • Sales Support when requested as far as demo servicesrelated
  • Assist with on-site tradeshowand educational course support
  • Work closely with sales team to support them with data collection, customerfeedback and competitorfeedback
  • Help with various sales activities when needed

Key Prerequisites

  • Availableto travel up to 75% within Emerging Asia region and internationally on occasional basis
  • Must have strong computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook,Email)
  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to work with staff at all levels
  • Demonstratedproblem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
  • Demonstratestrustworthiness, respect and integrity
  • Must be able to schedule travel in the most efficientand effective manner to maximizetime
  • Must be committed to improving patient care

Education

  • Radiographers’ degree

Experience

  • More than five years of Clinicaltraining in a medical setting using Mammography and/orMRI imaging modalitiesor equivalent
  • Experience working directly for a vendor in a clinicalsupport role preferred

Additional Details

  • Must have ability to enter an MR Suite without risk to personalhealth
  • The function is an ASEAN based role and home office function
  • Additional languagesin Mandarin, Cantoneseor Malay will be an added advantage
