THE OPPORTUNITY…

The Critical Care business unit are looking for an Enthusiastic, dynamic, hard working Clinical Applications Specialist to join our team. AHC division of Device technologies sells and support capital equipment predominately into Pre-Hospital, ED, ICU and Neonatal Units. The successful candidate will look after pre and post sales clinical support and be comfortable in both the Neonatal and Adult critical care environment.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Minimum 2 years clinical experience in critical care environment
  • Experience in the commercial and medical device industry desirable
  • Registered Nurse with post Graduate ICU nursing qualifications (preferred)
  • Proven skills in territory management, presenting, education, time management
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work within a team

Responsibilities:

  • Attend to customer support/educational enquiries and needs, as requested by customer, Product Specialist or Regional Sales Manager;
  • Formulate a weekly call plan and report back to Sales Manager and Product Specialists;
  • Undertake customer gap analysis for consumable products in consultation with Product Specialist;
  • Achieve set KPIs as negotiated with Regional Sales Manager;
  • Work in collaboration with the Product Specialists to identify focus accounts to target and support;
  • Promote solutions and products within the wider Critical Care business. Uncover customer needs, buying criteria and decision-making process. Feed-back sales leads to Product Specialists.
