Description:
As a Clinical Audit Coordinator, you will analyse and report on data used for national and clinical audits whilst supporting in other audit creation, collation and finalisation within Offender Health in the Community Health Group. You will interact with a diverse group of staff of different backgrounds with a vast amount of clinical knowledge.The post holder works closely with the Clinical Director, Head of Nursing & Quality, Clinical Leads, Quality and Risk Senior Managers, Senior Pharmacists, Clinical Matrons and Heads of Healthcare.The post holder will maintain, develop, and promote the role of quality practice by assisting Offender Healthcare staff in the delivery, analysis and management of Clinical Audit, reporting and data collation.The role will also assist in quality assuring the work undertaken by clinical effectiveness facilitators and healthcare professionals, providing guidance and support as required.The postholder will support effective implementation of data produced as a result of audits and completion of projects and activities required by the directorate and completion of associated clinical audit projects and activities.The postholder will assist in implementing systems and processes to monitor, collate and report progress against the implementation of standards required by NICE Guidance, CQC and other relevant governing bodies.To provide clinical audit advice and support to a wide range of clinical staff within Offender Health.To promote a culture of Clinical Audit in Offender Health as a method of monitoring and improving and providing high quality clinical care
