A rare and exciting opportunity has become available to join our team as Clinical Care Coordinator at our Killean Residential Facility in Inverell NSW.
As the Clinical Care Coordinator, you will ensure that the best possible care outcomes are delivered to each of our residents every day. Reporting to the Facility Manager, you will over see the day-today care related functions, provide clinical supervision, monitor incident occurrence and trends and complete all high-risk compliance processes. This role will also see you an integral part of continuous improvement within the facility, undertaking auditing activities.
