  We are currently seeking an experienced and qualified Clinical Care Coordinator for a Full Time, Monday to Friday role. You will work closely with our Clinical Manager and Residential Manager at our stunning 144-bed aged care residence based in Wagga Wagga, and assist our expansion in 2024, with the opening of our new wing .

YOU WILL BRING THE FOLLOWING SKILLS TO THE TEAM:

• Ideally at least 2+ years experience in a Clinical Care Coordinator or similar role in the aged care or acute sector;
• RN qualification with current AHPRA registration;
• Excellent and up to date clinical knowledge and assessment skills;
• Experience in staff supervision and development;
• Strong communication and negotiation skills;
• A working knowledge of funding and accreditation processes;
• Knowledge of Care Planning.
