Medical Records Administrator: $34.44 - $40.90 per hour

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ICD-10-AM, or relevant tertiary qualifications in Health Management and experience using the 3M Codefinder. Attention to detail and strong organisational skills are a must, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also important.

Responsibilities:

A Clinical Coder is responsible for the timely and accurate coding of patient’s episodes of care. The successful candidates will also be required to participate in quality activities to improve service delivery and patient outcomes as well as ensure compliance with WHS Act (2011) and amendments, MoH Policies and Australian Standards.
