Intuitive coder specialty rotation structure
Monthly specialty training workshops for the whole coding team
Fortnightly ring-fenced coder study time
Monthly Audit, feedback and training cycles
Individual development plans /Support towards Auditor, Trainer, Management status
Monthly 1- 1 sessions and performance reviews with Team Managers
Successful applicants will provide a vital and dynamic coding role within a high performing and supportive coding team with experienced coders possessing the Accredited Clinical Coding (ACC) qualification or equivalent experience within in a wide range of specialities.
