Full / Part time available, weekdays 9-5, Saturdays required
The CLINICAL COORDINATOR is responsible for ensuring the success of Snore MD’s sleep apnea patient experience by:
- Triaging patient referrals and coordinating bookings
- Communication and reporting with allied healthcare professional teams, such as doctors and specialists
- Clinic operations, receiving inventory and processing sleep test equipment
- Insurance paperwork support
THE QUALIFICATIONS YOU NEED:
- Mature, confident team player with an insatiable drive to perform
- A positive ‘let’s do this’ attitude that’s turned on and turned up everyday
- Sincere passion for exceptional patient care and building impactful relationships
- A keen desire to learn new technologies plus savvy computer skills
- Medical experience as a medical office assistant or physio / optometry / sleepclinic
- Rock solid reliability, strong organization skills and exceptional attention to detail
